James is an Associate forensic accountant and investigator.
James specialises in investigating serious and complex fraud, valuations, civil litigation, arbitration and confiscation investigations for both criminal and civil cases. He is a certified Chartered Accountant with the ACCA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
• Worked on a headlining, multi-billion dollar Russian civil litigation case in which he took on significant responsibility as part of the expert team including performing macro and micro analysis, report building and asset tracing;
• Conducted analysis and wrote reports for a multitude of varied casework, including a diverse range of frauds, valuations, civil litigation, arbitration and confiscation cases, which involved managing caseload requirements and negotiating budget restrictions;
• Assisted SFO in a headline case of serious fraud involving the integrity of financial markets.
