Adam is an Associate forensic accountant with 5 years’ experience. He specialises in commercial disputes, loss of profit claims, confiscation hearings and business valuations. Adam has been involved in preparing expert reports and analysing large amounts of financial data.
Adam is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a LLB (Hons) degree in Law and Criminology.
• Matrimonial dispute which resulted in the requirement of a business valuation of a large pharmaceutical manufacturer. The manufacturer had a complex trading history, as well as an uncertain trading future caused by external market variables.
• Criminal case for a Defendant who was accused of theft. Raised serious concerns to the accuracy and evidence provided by the Prosecution.
• Fund withdrawal from a Company by one of the Directors. Provided explanations to the client on different accounting procedures for withdrawing money out of the company.
• Case where money was moved between multiple businesses under various guises. Investigated underlying accounting records and followed the flow of monies from source to end destination.
